Visual Clarity

Our stakeholders have requested that we make it visually clear that a property is non‐refundable. Currently, users have stated that they did not realized that they purchased a non‐refundable hotel.

Cancellation Agreement Card
  • In the Cancellation card, let's add a graphic and text above the checkbox to make it clear that the booking has a non‐refundable hotel.

  • Finally, when user clicks on the payment button, they should see a modal window to convey that they are purchasing a non‐refundable hotel.
