Gender

Intro
When the user clicks the 'Bundle this trip' button, in the sidebar, they will begin the process of sending a request.
The initial screen contains:
- Tabs with checkboxes at the top of the page.
- A box with a greeting and instructions.
- Side summary of items from the quote.

Flights
When flight is selected, the Traveler, Flights and 'Anything else you want to add?' card will display. The Traveler card will default with the Lead Traveler.
DesignNumber of Travelers Added
The shows the form with 2 adults and 2 children.
DesignInfo Entered and Buttons Enabled
The shows the form with information entered. The Send Request and Reset buttons are enabled.

Transfers
When transfers is selected, the Traveler, Transfer and 'Anything else you want to add?' cards should display. The date of birth is not required for this selection.
